This project employs Delta robot combined with a vision system for the precise spraying of ripening agents on persimmons. The system utilizes visual positioning technology to accurately identify the center of the persimmon stem, and the Delta robot tracks the center position to ensure the ripening agent is evenly sprayed around the leaves of the stem.
· Vision Positioning System: The system first uses a vision camera to recognize the persimmons and accurately determine the center position of the persimmon stem. This process ensures that the robot can quickly and precisely find the target, avoiding mis-spraying or uneven distribution.
· Delta Robot: Based on real-time data provided by the vision system, the Delta robot automatically tracks the center position of the persimmon stem and adjusts dynamically to ensure the ripening agent is precisely sprayed around the leaves. The spraying path is accurate and stable thanks to the precise control.
· Spraying Effect: The entire spraying process ensures that the ripening agent is evenly applied around each persimmon stem, providing efficient ripening effects and avoiding waste or uneven coverage.
· Stable Speed Cycle: The system operates at a stable spraying speed of 100 persimmons per minute, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the spraying process.
· Maximum Spraying Speed: In high-efficiency mode, the system can reach a spraying speed of 120 persimmons per minute, significantly improving production efficiency.
· High-Precision Control: By integrating vision and robotic control systems, high-precision spraying positioning is achieved, ensuring even distribution of the agent.
