This system employs 3D vision guidance for the depalletizing of circulating boxes. It is equipped with a side-mounted 2D camera and utilizes AI classification algorithms to accurately identify and differentiate between various shapes and types of circulating boxes. · 3D Vision-Guided Depalletizing: The 3D vision system scans stacked circulating boxes in real-time, accurately capturing their positions, dimensions, and shapes; The system automatically generates the optimal depalletizing path, enhancing efficiency and reducing the risk of misgrabs.
· Integration of 2D Camera and AI Classification: A 2D camera is installed on the side of the system to capture images of the circulating boxes before they are picked; Using AI classification algorithms, the system analyzes image data to recognize and distinguish between different types of circulating boxes. It supports the automatic identification and classification of 26 distinct circulating box shapes.
· Intelligent Gripper Switching: The system is equipped with a multifunctional robotic arm and an automatic gripper-switching mechanism. Based on the identified type of circulating box, the robot can quickly switch to the appropriate gripper, ensuring precise and stable handling.
· Efficient Depalletizing and Automated Operation: The entire depalletizing process is fully automated, requiring no manual intervention. From vision recognition and classification to gripper switching, the entire workflow is highly automated, making it ideal for large-scale operations in warehouses and logistics centers.
